How long is my price good for?
We increase our pricing every year no more than 4%. Although we have been known to do less if the current economic environment enables us to do so.
Do you have fuel surcharges, environmental fees, recovery fees, etc?
We have zero fees. Your invoice will be exactly the same every single month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We ask that all of our customers sign a 3 year contract. Our contracts come with a customer guarantee. If you are not happy, you can leave. They also do not auto-renew to prevent you being trapped in an agreement you no longer want.
Will I have an account manager?
